Indolence

I choose to stay home
With the books and sheets
Life at my fingertips.
Doing what I want
Even silence if I please.
Lying down; daydreaming
Or at times, no single thought

Probing for meaning of life
Uncluttered by screams,
Shouts, television, telephone
Wanting life to breath
At its own pace

Guatami,

This is a great poem... We should all be able to do as we please. That's the way I live my life. That's the only way to be happy! :)

Keep creating!
In Peace,

Yes Maria, At times we have to do what pleases us. Not following conventions.

Thanks for reading and appreciating it.
